Samhain.

The clock is ticking down on my week-long vacation; a lot got done, but I keenly felt my physical limitations like never before. It’s hard to tell if that’s just age, or a need to make even more lifestyle changes in a year that’s already overwhelming on that score. Yet there were also moments where I felt I was exactly where I needed to be – the right place at the right moment.

More over at mine.

  1. Happy Samhain, dearest friend! I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with pain and fatigue – I can certainly relate! I would encourage you to keep your eyes on the prize, as you say in your beautifully written conclusion. Don’t burn yourself out, but keep seeking out the knowledge you need, bit by bit, and take care of yourself along the way. It’s so tough not to be knocked out by grief, depression, pain, or any of life’s other challenges, but you are a bright and beautiful spirit and everything will work out. Lots of love to you and happy new year.

  2. I’ve only just seen your post. Huge, good wishes from me and T. Life seems to be getting tougher for us all, we all need to be there for each other. Sending you healing vibes, my friend.
